Damon, Affleck return for Ante Up for Africa

Heading the list again this year are AUFA staples Matt Damon and Ben Affleck, who will be joined by a who's who of sports and entertainment.

Some of the biggest names announced as of last week:

Annie Duke, Don Cheadle, Brad Garrett, Cedric The Entertainer, Charles Barkley, Danny Masterson, Hank Azaria, Herschel Walker, Jason Alexander, Kenny Smith, Marlon Wayans, Montel Williams, Reggie Miller, Tia Carrere, Sarah Silverman, Jason Kidd, Shawn Marion, Cheryl Hines, Mekhi Phifer, Rob Schneider, Howard Lederer, Andy Bloch, Tiffany Michelle, Erik Seidel and Phil Hellmuth.

The $5,000 buy-in event is also open to the public, meaning anyone over the age of 21 can jump in and play No-Limit Hold'em against some of the world's biggest celebrities and poker players for a six-figure first-place prize.

In addition to playing for the cash prizes awarded at the event, all proceeds from the event go to the ENOUGH project and Refugees International, who raise awareness and provide aid to the survivors of Darfur.

At the first AUFA, the two players reaching heads-up play, Dan Shak and Brandon Moran, decided to donate the entire amount of both first and second-place prizes to the charity.

This generous act may have started a tradition as 2008's AUFA winner, poker pro John Hennigan, donated 100% of his $136,860 prize to the charity.

With a fast-paced structure, the entire tournament should be wrapped up in approximately 5 hours, making for an action-heavy event guaranteed to keep the spectators entertained.

Head to the Rio to register, or show up on the day to watch and hang out - the event is open to spcetators.
